Laura received her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts Honours with Distinction from the University of Victoria and a Masters of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto. During her graduate studies, Laura was awarded scholarships to conduct field research in Europe and the Middle East.

While in law school, Laura completed the Disability Law Intensive program, where she serviced clients with a variety of disabilities and legal issues. She was appointed the role of researcher on Osgoode’s Wilson Moot team in 2017 – 2018. Throughout her time at Osgoode, Laura also held several Research Assistant positions, most recently on a labour and employment rights project.

Laura actively participates in various community initiatives related to public health, disability rights and Legal Aid. In her spare time, she enjoys distance running and cooking.
