Is there a glass ceiling in the practice of law in Ontario?  A glass ceiling is clear; we can’t see it but, for some women, you feel it because you literally crash into it and at first can’t penetrate the glass.  However, with perseverance, it will shatter.  If you are able to penetrate that unfortunate ceiling, the issue will be whether you sustain injury in the process and how that will change you as a lawyer and, overall, as a person
